Howling Hill Roost is a small kennel in Scarbro, WV. Kennel owners Charles and Sarah Carter breed quality Siberian Huskies and German Shepherd dogs. Previously Morgan Hills Siberians and Shepherds, located in Beckley, WV, the kennel is now located 15 miles from the former location, on a 13 acre farm for the dogs to have room to run. We also offer stud service. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
