I RARELY have what people consider "teacup" size puppies - I breed for healthy 4 to 7 lb estimated adult dogs which is the breed standard. I am located in Mountlake Terrace, WA (North of Seattle). I do not ship my puppies, but I will drive to deliver or meet half way in WA, OR and sometimes CA. My adult dogs are DNA tested thru Embark and AKC registered. All dogs and puppies live and are raised in my home. They are socialized and exposed to all those household noises so they can become well-adjusted family members. I’ve paid a hefty sum for quality breeding dogs, but my dogs are first and foremost family members, and I do not skimp when it comes to their health. Along with the loving family life they live, they have regular walks, training and vet visits when needed. Puppies have their first vet visit between 1 to 3 days to have their tails docked and dew claws removed. Worming schedules start at 3 weeks old and they see the vet again at 8 weeks old for their first shots. About the Parents: Gordo is a beautiful Dark Traditional male that carries for Parti. Gordo is home bred and raised from my retired Parti female Sydney. He is a whopping 3.5 lbs and comes from small parents (Nemo/sire is 3.2 lbs and Sydney/dam is 4.5 lbs). "CarleyBear" is a very happy girl with a tail that wags constantly - and she is quite beautiful (small and square too)! She weighs in at 5 lbs. I accept a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice anytime after 2 weeks old, with the balance due when they are ready to go to their new homes. Cash payments only please. At Best Yorkies, we strive towards having healthy and happy puppies. We specialize in breeding only healthy dogs. We are a small kennel located in Northeast Washington State, just North of Colville in Washington state. Contact us regarding our puppies by replying to this add or call and/or text. We often deliver puppies to Spokane WA / Bellevue WA / Tacoma WA / Seattle WA / Bellingham WA area for the small cost of gas and travel expense which is usually $100. We also ship via airline. All our dogs and puppies are AKC registered. All of our puppies come with AKC registration papers, Health records, health guarantee contract, and written instruction on "How to Care for Your Puppy." Each puppy comes with a bag of puppy chow dry food, and a favorite toy. Our Yorkie Terriers live in a clean and safe environment. The parents, as well as the puppies are happy, healthy, and get lots of love and attention from people of all ages. Our Yorkies have a very nice area with lots of room to explore and play. You are welcome to come and visit us at any time. All the puppies could be released to you when they turn 8 weeks old (for their own safety) and not earlier. At that time Puppies will get their updated shots and preventative deworming. If you want us to secure your chosen puppy to you when puppy is still too young (under 8 weeks old) to go to your home or if you want us to deliver your puppy to your location a deposit of $200.00 is required. The deposit will go toward the total price. If puppy needs to be delivered, we will charge a little fee for gas and/or travel expense. Otherwise the balance is expected at the time of picking up your puppy whether it is picking up from our location, or during our delivery to your closest location, or before shipping a puppy to your closest airport.
