Patty Franks is from New York and breeds Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Bulldogs. All of our puppies are up to date with vaccinations and de-worming protocol and vet checked for health before going to their new homes. We raise our puppies in our home around children and other pets so they are socialized and loving. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder.
