Irish Setter

Red Fern Irish Setters. My very first dog, at fifteen, was an Irish Setter named "Rusty." I hiked and explored the woods and "upcreek" with Rusty for many years. He was a faithful, friendly, exuberant, and loving companion. I have had Irish Setters for nearly fifty years. Having raised a few litters of puppies twenty years ago, I am happy to now be raising puppies once again. The parents of the puppies are Embark and Pawprint DNA tested, with "clear" results for both parents. The puppies are raised in the home, given consistent love and affection from the time of birth until departure to their new homes. They are provided all necessary health care and fed a high quality diet. They have room to run and play outdoors to develop their robust and energetic natures. They are taken on hikes in the woods from the age of seven weeks on (weather permitting). These lines are a combination of hunt and show Setters.
