I am an experienced breeder of Labrador Retrievers and Bernese Mountain Dogs located in mid Michigan. I strive for excellent quality with emphasis on temperament, conformation, intelligence, longevity, and all around health. My dogs come from top pedigree lines. My goal is to produce calm, intelligent English Labs and European Berners. My puppies are bred to be top quality pets, but have also proven themselves capable of being show dogs, service dogs, hunters, and more. If you are interested in a puppy for show/working purposes, get in touch and we can talk. I believe in quality and not quantity. My dogs are not over-bred, and are considered part of the family. My Labrador puppies are the 'English' type, meaning they have a square or 'blocky' head, a well muscled body and thick bone. Their soft, kind expression make them instantly lovable. My Berner puppies have 100% European bloodlines. The parents are direct imports, coming from some of the most impressive champion bloodline dogs. We import to ensure we are getting the healthiest and best Bernese Mountain Dogs possible. With greater genetic diversity and higher standards of breeding than US breeders, we believe the European Bernese Mountain Dog is healthier and live longer than the American counterpart. ​ All of the puppies that come from Bennington Retrievers will be fully vetted and health checked. They are raised in an indoor area and have lots of socialization with children, adults, other dogs, and cats. Each puppy gets individual attention and personal time with me every day. I pride myself in providing some of the most well rounded, socialized puppies; puppies that will flourish in their future families.

Feel free to reach out and check for the next available litter. We offer champion and imported lines as well has DNA and OFA health testing. All pups come with dew claws removed, microchip, first round of puppy shots, and overall health examination all administered by our vet prior to leaving for their new homes. Puppies are on a regular worming schedule, sold with limited AKC registration (no breeding rights, no exceptions) and a contract. Please note, we DO NOT ship puppies. We have been breeding for over 15 years. Most of our parent dogs have had OFA health tests. And our puppies are well socialized getting played with by kids every day. We raise happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies.
