Pomeranian

I have been breeding Pomeranians since 2010 and live in Leon, Iowa with my husband & 2 teenage sons. Our dogs live in our home with our family where they dance for treats, play with their toys, and hang out with us on a daily basis. I work from home, so they receive attention throughout the day. My dogs have been genetic health tested through Embark and Optimal Selection, and I have those results on file. I welcome all visitors into my home to see my dogs in their home environment. I understand that not everyone will be able to travel the distance to our home town, however, and so I am willing to travel halfway within reason to meet a buyer for a fee. Please, visit our website at www.pomelovekennel.com, where my daughter and I have listed all of our dogs, and feel free to contact us directly. A look at pedigrees and contracts is available upon request. Over the years, I have placed many puppies with very happy families, and have stayed in touch with most of them, as I prefer to do. I have studied the breed extensively and the potential health problems that could arise and work to ensure that my puppies are healthy, and I'm always available to answer questions once the dogs are homed. I've never had to take puppy back, but I will should the new owner become unable to keep it. Pomeranians are a wonderful breed who are happy to go on walks with you or content to just sit in your lap. They are good with children, but small children can easily hurt them. Please, do your research on this breed before considering your purchase of one of our Poms to ensure that your new pet fits your family's needs, and vice versa. They are a wonderful breed and family member, who with proper care, will live an average of 16 years, though I have seen them live to be 20.
