Established in 2003, Larley is home to the AKC's first finished Boykin Spaniel Champions & many of the nation's top ranking Boykin Spaniels. Our Boykin Spaniels are PROVEN in the show ring, the field and as trusted companions. Larley is a longstanding AKC Breeder of Merit. While excellence is a legacy, Larley remains focused on producing versatile Boykin Spaniels for families. Our goal is to promote the breed through activities and practices that prioritize health, soundness and temperament. An emphasis on temperament differentiates Larley Boykins, always putting Boykin Spaniels bred to fit a family lifestyle first. We strive to breed a family dog that is good with children and other pets and that can share an afternoon in a dove field seamlessly. We pursue health clearances for all of our Boykin Spaniels which include testing of; hips, patellas, eyes, hearts, thyroid and for Exercise Induced Collapse Syndrome. ALL of our dogs are EIC CLEAR. ALL of our dogs are also CLEAR of CEA, DM, and other regularly tested for genetic disorders found in the Boykin Spaniel breed. When choosing a breeder of Boykin Spaniels, always ask for veterinary references. We support and register our dogs with the AKC, the BSS and the UKC. Limited breeding, private placements & referrals.
